I had a really terrible experience at a pizza place recently. Firstly, the interior of the store was quite disappointing and didn't match up to my expectations. But that's not all - the customer service was simply abysmal. The staff took an excruciatingly long time to attend to customers, and on top of that, their behavior was quite unprofessional. I heard them using inappropriate language with each other, which only added to the unpleasant atmosphere. All in all, it was a really unpleasant experience that left me feeling quite frustrated. After witnessing coworkers argue and being given the wrong pizza twice, I was eager to leave. Probably spent 30mins waiting on a single pizza with no line in sight.

Terrible customer services!! People pretending to be the manager…. I waited 3 hours for my food and never received it… it said it was delivered but I never received it… just terrible!

Horrible service. Never answers phone. Worst delivery I’ve ever experienced. It takes up to 4-5 hours for delivery and I live down the street.

Pizzas were not ready. I was made to feel very uncomfortable by someone who was acting like a manager. He told me the pizzas were ready, then told me 5 minutes. He tried to hand me the wrong pizza but then said wait another 3 minutes. A ‘customer’ walked in and sat next to me but never spoke to anyone. Had an off expression. Was about to bust up laughing. Bizarre incident. Still cannot recommend this location.

I order the same pizza to be delivered to my home every Friday and have not had any problems with delivery until today. The delivery driver (Dante) called me when he arrived at my resident and asked me had I come down to the main floor, I told him, "No". I had already given Pacific instructions on my online order and assured him that Cameras were on ALL floors including parking areas. The driver told me to calm down. (I was never hyped up). I called the store manager and spoke with her. Once I told her of my complaint, she knew who I was talking about and said she would address the issue when the driver returned to the store. Long story short.I REFUSE TO PAY MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. ALSO I DON'T WANT TO EAT FOOD FROM A PERSON THAT I AM HAVING CONFRONTATIONS WITH. DONE WITH THIS DOMINOS DELIVERY DRIVERS. Sad that one bad apple has spoiled it for a lot of the other drivers. We were great tippers in the past. Driver Dante is not a nice deliver person.

Well I've ordered two chicken Caesar salads and one of them look old because the lettuces was pink so, I called them to let them know and she told me to just throw it away and they will bring me out another one or give me store credit. I just wants my money back that's all and I will be up there in the morning to get my money back to.

At one point in time this location use to be amazing but over the years it has become a horrifying mess. This is the 3rd time my order has been completely wrong. No one answers the phone when you call to complain and when you finally do get someone to answer they pick up and hang up. I ordered pizza, wings, bread bites, and pasta. A total of $60 including the tip. How do you manage to mess up the entire order? Its as if nobody in the building can read because its no way the order come in and you destroy $60 worth of food. NEVER AGAIN. If you know whats good for you you'll get as far away from this location as possible.

Every time I order lunch from there it is amazing. She knows how to cook a good pie. Definitely recommend getting it well done. Extra butter on crust. But she does it right!

Who's made the decision to neglect answering the phone? This has been 2 days in a row that no one bothered to answer the phones. This use to be a credible business with everyone pushing online ordering, you all alienate a vital part of the market share! Probably wouldn't even understand that last part, I digress! Do Better Domino's or we'll see you all closing like other franchises that been around for years!
