Campus Bistro is easily the best option for breakfast in Midtown. Like it isn't close. Every other spot (except for possibly Olympic Cafe) is completely overpriced or doesn't offer a breakfast option. The draw of Campus Bistro is that it's a great value, especially if you're a Wayne State Student. Besides a couple of spots in Mexicantown, you will not find a more affordable breakfast than this. We got the corned beef and steak skillet. The corned beef skillet was very good and filling. The steak skillet was a little odd. They cooked the steak separately on its own plate and not within the skillet. Ok, cool, I guess they give you the choice to cut it how you please. The only thing is that the steak was overcooked and tough to cut.
