The service was great!! It took a few minutes to get served, but overall, it was nice! One of the most Beautiful chocolate woman helped me out by suggestions and different flavors. She was SO fine and it helped with the experience. I haven't been there in 10 years. The donuts were fresh and my inner fat boy is satisfied 🤣..#IBoughtADozen just to kick it with that fine chocolate woman smh ..I think her name was Kamiah.(Butterfly Tattoo on her chest..?? Don't know, but she was fine!!!

Best donuts in the city. They can compete with any national chain and often have a line.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: The trio of doors might be hard to navigate in a wheelchair.

It would be nice to have a gluten free option for donuts. Hmm...is that possible?! Otherwise, we enjoyed visiting this Detroit landmark.

Heard about the re-opening several months ago. Get to drive by but never had the opportunity to stop. Until today.
Nobody needs donuts. But EVERYBODY WANTS DONUTS! And especially on a cold, rainy, Thursday in November.
The interior is small. I walked in, there was one person there already. It was getting crowded. Then four more people entered. It started to feel like being in an elevator.
But the woman behind the counter was super speedy! And really friendly.
I decided on a half dozen. 3 double chocolate (a favorite), a nut covered (always messy), and two that I thought were chocolate glazed. They turned out to be maple. I don't like anything maple except syrup & trees. But one bite in and I was conflicted. I don't like maple but this is good! So good, I immediately ate the second one. The other four will be consumed later. I look forward to them.

Parking: There is a small lot behind the store, 15 minute limit, may be room for 5 cars. The side street & Woodward both can be parked on.

Kid-friendliness: Donuts + kids? Uh, YEAH!

I went to Dutch girl donuts today but had to leave without any donuts. The small waiting area was completely packed, and each person ahead of took several minutes (like 3-5) to be served. I simply did not have 45 minutes to wait for donuts.
