We had a great dinner experience. The many other reviews recommending the soft pretzel w/ beer cheese sauce are right on; it is one of the best pretzels ever. The burger with fries, and chicken wrap were good as well. The service was very friendly and speedy. We will definitely revisit!

I have a severe peanut allergy and called a couple of days before arrival to ensure that the food would be safe. One of the coowners, Owen, went as far as to call the chef, read all of the ingredients in every meal and even left a note to make the staff aware of my allergy. When I came there, the other owner, Jeremiah, came to my table to let me know that they had told the kitchen that morning about my allergy and ensured my food would be safe. I have never in my life had a restaurant take my allergy so seriously and I was taken aback by the level of care and service I was given. The food was amazing as well as the staff and I will definitely be coming back!

Lunchtime in the tavern?! Why not! Best lil Southwest Chicken Salad this side of the Mississippi! The spicy ranch is de-lish and packs a real kick. Warm marinated slices of chicken served on a bed of healthy, substantial greens.

My Daughter and I were in from GA for the Lions/Rams football game and stopped at Firebird Tavern. The food was excellent, server was very friendly and the feeling of the place was great. I would describe the menu as taking simple items and providing an upscale spin to them, amazing!!
