Fish station has a great variety of fish and has potential to be an exceptional fish fry joint. I had the fried cod and the cod tasted fresh but was mercilessly overcooked....cod fillets are not supposed to be tough and chewy but moist and flakey. Tough cod equals painfully overcooked cod (not good). I would recommend better training for the fry chefs, use a timer and instant read thermometer, keep the oil at 350-375 F and cook the fish for 3-4 minutes until it hits 145 F...
