Came here as a first timer recommendation from tik tok. Ok so in all honesty I’d probably pass on a second trip. The food was just ok, the green beans were 100% better than the shrimp and potato skins. The best thing was the music and green beans. So yeah bummer to that. The shrimp are huge with so much breading. I think they should do a regular batter vs beer batter on those xxxl shrimp. It’s just way too much even fried hard. Great probably for some summer drinks n music...
FLOODS is my “GO TO” when I need good vibes, good food and good music. They are consistent which makes them different and always space for you to shake ya tail feather. The Mac and Cheese was BOMB. The fried chicken, Mac and cheese, salmon bites and lemon drop are all good for me. Free on a Saturday night? Try them out.
We enjoyed ourselves so much. The food was amazing. The service was amazing and the ambience was amazing. I will be returning when I come back to Detroit. The dancing was great. The music was great.
