I was always coming here but today ( 06/09/26) I got Spinach and kale and it will still kind of frozen And it looks like somebody chewed it up and it was very very salty I stay east so I didn’t take it back I put a lot of bread in it and feed it to the outside cats I’m sad about it I spend $15 on food I couldn’t eat
Ok, a little back story. I had a Nigerian stepfather growing up. My mother had to learn several authentic dishes. Olajide was very strict in his preparation and seasoning. They split up during my adulthood. He never had the opportunity to teach me how to make the stews. It's been 35 years since I saw him. I only remember the flavors and smells although I do remember how to make fufu, it is an artform. Although she tried my mother couldn't quite replicate the food....
I went to the food truck today in Saginaw and man it was amazing. My fufu was good and so was my egusi, I also had the red snapper with the rice, plantains, and veggies and it was amazing as well. It was a wait for my snapper but after I got it Chef and his employee thanked me for my patience and were so kind to me and I appreciate them doing it despite being so busy. I had a great experience.
