Horrible service. The employees just stand around talking and ignore their customers. They are extremely unprofessional. The food is over priced and the quality is sub par. Management needs to do better. This place has gone downhill.

The location at 1001 Woodward closes early every day. They have their hours literally posted on the window that they close at 3 but I have never seen them open past 12. And because of this they’re out of most things by 11:30. I put in an online order which said it was confirmed, I got here and they hadn’t even started my order and the door was closed. They were also out of steak which I ordered because chicken was not an option online and she offered chicken, which I’m sure is a price difference

I added protein to my bowl and did not receive, don’t understand how that happened when it me and another Individual in there, paid 17 dollars for meal and it was waste, super annoyed.

I dont know whats been going on, but the food and service has gone way down hill. The last few times the food is eh at best and is never made how I ask. It's a shame when it cost $15 for a bowl and its cold and not made how you asked. Do better or lower your prices to match the quality.

I ordered food through the app as a pickup as I work durning business hours. Anticipating my food, I walk there just to found out the establishment is closed early. I was highly frustrated as I am on a time crunch and expected the food. What was really bothersome is that the app still allowed me to place an order instead of telling me the establishment was closed. I will NOT order food again from here, especially since they make you create an account and waste time.

poor customer service. rude staff. Every time I come here it’s either closed during business hours or I find parking (which isn’t easy at this location) and go into the store and before I can even say anything the worker tells me they’re closing early and they don’t have ANYTHING. Closing almost 2 hours early. I wish they were back at Wayne State this location sucks.

This spot is within the 1001 Woodward building. Everytime I come here, I get the same bowl. The Bamboo bowl. This bowl is absolutely amazing! From the quality ingredients used to the savory green curry sauce! I always leave a tip because the service is spot on as well. Thanks Freshii!

The food here is Good and reliable. The staff are unfortunately Rude, don't treat you like a customer and don't use any manners. Overall good food but very poor Customer Experience. I really wish it wasn't the case.

I ordered a Chipotle Cheddar bowl for pickup. It was missing the cheddar and the whole bowl smelled stale and of bad tomatoes. Very unpleasant stale tasting food to eat - tried to eat about a third and had to stop. All the vegetables tasted like they've been sitting out.
