Love the food in Ann Arbor. Recently stopped in before a show at the Fox with a friend. We had an hour and a half before showtime. It was busy but we got our order in and waited it out. Waited. Waited. Saw the couple before us get their food. Then the couple after us. The couple after them. Checked in with the staff and our order was lost. They offered a refund or said it would be another 10-15 mins to make the order. We had been there 90 mins and the show was starting. We left with a refund. Several other parties getting refunded as well. Staffing was inadequate on an evening there was an event next door. Missing out on my Frita still. Settled for a concession hot dog….

I want to give this place 5 stars, bc the food is delicious. But every time I've been in, there is a huge line and it takes forever to move. I think it's because the menu is somewhat confusing and everyone who orders has lots of questions (myself included, no shade). Not sure what the solution is, but I hope they can find one, bc the food is tasty.

Me and my son visited....When I say 10 out of ten TJ AND AR I BELIEVE THATS THEY NAMES....THE DRINKS WAS DRINKING AND THE FOOD WAS FOODING....I WAS BE BACK?????????????Kid-friendliness: My son loves they chocolate ice cream and churros

This Detroit location is slipping.The food is good, but it is very inconsistent. Both in preparation and how long it takes to get an order. Sometimes 10min, Sometimes 30min. And it is not becauae they are too busy. They are understaffed - my next point. The are very nice but by not having enough employees pwr shift it is really unfair to the worker. It sets them up for failure. People wait too long for drinks because people are ordering. They cant clean tables because they are running orders out. 1person cant do it allToday I watched 7 people leave between 12 - 12:30pmBecause there was no one to take orders. They were in back helping the kitchen. It took me 35min to order and receive a small order of fries only!!!Ironically a bunch of staff came in after everyone walked out. (I presume for a staff meeting).If you want business and more importantly, repeat business - you meed to fix the details and add more staff.I used to have lunch here twice a week.... now its down to twice a month because of the inconsistency. Love the food when its done right, so it is a shame it is not what it used to be.

My husband and I tried this place after a Red Wings game…Food was delicious….we did have a small issue. However, I am still giving 5 stars because it was promptly resolved and they went above and beyond to make it right. My husband got the chorizo and I got the chicken sandwich. The churros were also amazing! Staff was friendly and courteous! Thank you!
My daughter and I had fritas, the passion fruit batido, garlic cilantro fries, crispy plantains, and churros. Everything was absolutely delicious on a cold Saturday. The staff was wonderful as usual, especially TJ. I also appreciate that the restaurant is always spotless. Can’t wait to come back.

long line with only 1 person behind the counter. While waiting a very young boy was trying to sell candy to us. I said you can't be selling that here. He said " I can do what I want Bitch" . I asked the counter person and she reiterated the owner lets him do whatever he wants. Good luck. None of our party will be back.
