A great spot in downtown Detroit! The food was great, the service was quick, and we had a great time. Don't miss the view across the river to Canada!

I was visiting downtown Detroit and decided to stop by this restaurant inside the Marriott hotel. The place was absolutely packed, but I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to wait long to be seated. My server, Rock, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaged the entire time. The service was phenomenal and made the experience that much better. The food was excellent as well, fresh and well-prepared. Prices were a bit on the higher side, but that’s to be expected for a restaurant inside a hotel. Overall, a great dining experience and I would definitely come back.

The restaurant is inside Marriott. Not too many options on the menu. The food is ok. A little over priced. The service is good. Patrina is very friendly and professional

It’s hotel food so expectations weren’t too high, but it was actually really good. The lamb burger is a must. The reason I came back for dinner after getting lunch was because of the great and friendly service.

The breakfast was ok, but the prices are high because there are few options in the area. The hotel/buildings are massive which makes this one of the most convenient options instead of trying to go somewhere else.
DO NOT get the buffet, it’s not that fresh by the time you get it and it’s $30. For $23, get the All American , it comes with eggs, potatoes, turkey sausage or bacon, toast or a bagel and comes with orange juice or coffee.
The All American breakfast pictured was not worth $23. Turkey sausage was just warm and not much flavor. Potatoes slices were of various thickness and some slices were really thick and undercooked. Eggs and toast were ok.

Great place for breakfast buffet ( lots of options including nice creamy roasted red potatoes, smoked lox with capers abd red onion, pastries, eggs, sausages, bacon, fruit, oatmeal, etc, etc! Thank you, Patrina for being an excellent waitress and making us feel welcome. Great city views. Located in the Renaissance Center Marriott lobby.
In the evening this is a delightful place for a drink with your special someone or your group of friends. Thank you, waiter Martell Williams for excellent service and conversation. We can't wait to return.
Saw a Canadian Goose fly by outside the floor to ceiling windows. You can also see Windsor, Ontario out the window with the Canadian flag flying. Very cool spot!

The one star is completely for the service and the lack therof.
The service at this restaurant was highly disappointing. The server Rock was unprofessional and displayed a clear lack of basic customer service skills. To make matters worse, when raised concerns, the restaurant manager Cody Hovinga gave a robotic, automated response that showed no genuine care for resolving the issue.
The lack of customer care from both the staff and management made the experience frustrating and unwelcoming. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting quality service or thoughtful management.
server Rock left the worst impression and one question how they are allowed to be in food service. not only did he fail to provide exemplary service but displayed an unprofessional attitude by requesting us a visiting party to separate dining fees ourselves, blaming us for not telling him it was separate bills. It is your responsibility as a server to actually return to the table and consult “will this be together or separate “ before printing out the final bill.
To add to that inexplicably, another party’s dining bill was included with theirs.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the inconvenience endured. no effort was made to offer a discount or any form of compensation to acknowledge the disruption caused. Instead, the situation was handled in a manner that showed little regard for customer satisfaction.
left a lasting negative impression. Based on this visit, FUELL cannot be recommended for any future gatherings or dining needs.

Fuell is my GO TO restaurant when I'm in downtown Detroit. No matter how busy they are, the service is always superb; professional, great environment, and delicious.

Martell was an excellent waiter; polite and funny and he knew the menu quite well. Nice lobby bar with panoramic city views and plenty of seating.
