The Gaelic League and Irish American Club is the heart of Corktown. It has seen the boom of Irish immigrants, the bust of the city falling into hard times, and the resurgence of the area today. You can feel the history of the area walking through the bar and hall. Parade day and St. Patrick's day might be the two biggest of the year but there's always something going on. Stop in, get a membership, have a pint, and come back for more.

Very friendly bartender. She made sure everyone at our table was taken care of. Typical atmosphere for old Irish club. Slowly they are trying to improve the services and atmosphere.
Parking: Parking lot is very small. God help you if you plan on visiting during a sporting event. They should consider validating parking in the paid lot if League lot is full.
