The evening was perfect and I really enjoyed dipping my CCC freshly made dumplings in the chutney! I added whatever chutney was leftover into my pho which I added the pork butt to! This was an amazing way to end my day after a 9 hour drive from the U.P of MI.
Gajiza Dumplings was someone of a kind eating for the evening. This precious Asian-American Woman-Owned Business was mighty nice to visit. Delicious steamed dumplings have a distinct freshness and pleasing taste on the palette. Shrimp filled little morsels, my dumplings were very fresh and handmade. I did not have to wait very long either for my meal. The lovely lady commandeering this nice establishment was oh so kind and had the most beautiful smile. I was not the only customer...
Had no expectations (in a good way) and was unexpectedly blown away. The bahn mi was so good and we had such a good conversation (and recommendations from) the owner. One of those places whose thoughtful choices make for a delicious experiences that feels/is homemade. An increasingly rare experience these days. Thank you for the recs!
