I walked in tonight to grab my cousin some cupcakes for her birthday. I have heard good things about this place, so I was excited to give it a try however, upon arriving, I had the dissatisfaction of horrible customer service by the young girl working at the front desk. I observed that customer after customer she grimmed everyone, greeted no one, huffed and puffed when people put in orders and just really was not happy to be there. I decided to try two slices of the caramel cake and loved it because it reminds me of the desserts in Europe. These cakes are not sugary like most of the cakes in the United States. Plus, the cakes are moist. I will have to make this my go-to place for desserts.
Very professional, very welcoming, and the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. If I could give 10 stars I would. I definitely recommend you visit this cute little bakery on livernois.
