Whenever I go here, I specifically ask if Dion is cooking. His food looks better and tastes better. It is most consistently the best. When you taste his food, you can tell that he actually cares about what he is doing and not just throwing some food together to pacify the customer. He cares about the quality of food that he prepares for the customer. Dion was one of two cooks in there last night.
