It was real nice of them to add a $6 tip without my permission.... They never had me sign my credit card receipt, and when I got the charge to my card, it was $6 more than the bill, so theres that..... and the order was wrong. Came with all ham, not 3 meats, 2 eggs not 3. Avoid at all costs

They went down badly. Service sucks seems like they a bit racist now don’t speak not friendly Just horrible I won’t ever go back again they lost my business. I can’t see them cooking had cold chicken by hot grill just nasty distasteful in just all around bad.

Staff is great. If you've been out partying hard their hamburgers are a great fix to help ward off a hangover it has that good old school taste and vibe about.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience regarding Order DE28F placed through Uber Eats.
The order included two drinks, as clearly listed on the receipt and order description. However, when the Uber driver arrived, only one drink was provided. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the staff member I spoke with stated that my request for the missing drink was “too much” and referenced customer notes instead of the actual receipt and order details.
This response was both unprofessional and dismissive. I was not asking for anything extra—only the items that were already paid for and listed on the order. Additionally, the call ended without any apology or attempt to resolve the situation, which left me feeling unheard and disrespected as a customer.
I am simply requesting that this matter be reviewed so that future customers receive accurate orders and courteous service. A basic level of professionalism and accountability should be expected when handling customer concerns.
Please advise on how this will be addressed.
