We recently stayed here and didn't have the best experience. We were in town for a concert with three adults total; two larger adult males, one female. Booked a room a couple months back with two queen beds, was charged the deposit. Since the room was on a busy weekend, it was almost $400 a night. We parked at Greektown parking garage connected to the casino and we were later told that the casino no longer owns that parking garage and we were told by the hotel desk to just call if we receive a parking ticket and that they would take care of it , we did get a ticket and called the hotel desk and they refused to pay it
The location and the rooms were very nice but the housekeeping is non-existent. We had a stay that was 3 nights. I’m not sure if we missed the memo that you had to request housekeeping to give you more towels and toilet paper, but we ran out of both. Bed was never made. I had to take our own trash out. Front desk was always available and helpful (only reason why there are a few stars here), but for what you pay per night… there’s absolutely no reason as to why we should...
