Before entering the hotel, we were greeted by the friendliest valet employees. (We got dropped off at the wrong location and walked to the main entrance.) They were so pleasant when we walked in and out of the hotel. The front desk staff employee was also nice. Upon entering our room, it did smell like pot. We informed the front desk to let them know it wasn't us smoking in the room. Other than the initial smell, everything was clean and nice. I was bummed there wasn't a microwave that I could eat leftovers from dinner from the night before. The shower pressure was great. Steamer, hair dryer, and weight scale was provided. There should be at least two trash cans in the unit. The mattress was excellent. We had to use our points to stay here. The rate was over $400+ a night.The only con is the housekeeping staff being very loud in the morning. Yelling to each other outside your room is inappropriate.

We have been going to the Casino for years. You just can't win there anymore. Can't even get bonus rounds on Slots and when you do,... No payout! Place is Smokey and just a depressing place! Won't be back!!!!

Rooms: Beautiful unique design, with a great mix of luxury and affordablity, along with great views of the new city, and it's hustling work force. It's truly a remarkable sight. Absolutely wonderful to see how far the city has come.

my experience for the hotel rooms is a -0,I paid through a third-party still was charged by Greektown another $27. No staff at the hotel desk after 11 PM. The wrong phones did not work no security had to wait 25 minutes for valet to be checked in, I would not recommend the rooms are small even the king size bed

This is a special shout out to “Jewel”, at the casino rewards desk. My wife and I had some issues with our Penn Play cards not syncing with phone app. Jewel very patiently worked with us to figure out the problem and help us get it corrected. She was very knowledgeable on how all the systems worked and took us step-by-step through making changes. Her whole attitude and the way she worked with us without being condescending was just wonderful!Beyond that, we enjoyed the casino! The majority of the second floor is smoking, but has great air circulation. (Unlike another casino nearby that has 2 cramped smoking rooms with terrible air quality)We didn’t use the hotel so no comment there.
Plenty of food options just across the street. It was super busy during draft.

I was playing on a machine, it went into bonus and the machine just shut down. So I waited on an attendant for damn near an hour so I guess they just get to keep my money cuz no one ever came to take care of my issue, how freaking ghetto and rude , I asked at least 5 personal for an attendant ?????. What a rip-off.
