Greek Town is easy to navigate and they have great players rewards and perks! Aside from the casino they have a cute promenade area outside. Parking is easy peasy and there is a great amount of machines to play!

However, some guests have experienced issues with their stays. Some rooms are small, and guests may be downgraded to a room with one bed and a roll away bed, without any compensation. The housekeeping service is also non-existent, with guests having to request more towels and toilet paper, take out their own trash, and even having their bed not made. The front desk is available and helpful, but the service is below expectations, especially considering the high price per night. Additionally, the hotel's parking garage is no longer owned by the casino, and guests may receive a parking ticket, which the hotel may not take care of. A bus shuttle service is available, but it may not always run as scheduled, leaving guests to find alternative transportation.
