I really wish I can give 0 stars. Not only did it take over 2 hours to get the food. But the meat was dry, over cooked to death, and there's absolutely NO seasoning on the food. It only takes shrimp a few minutes to cook, yet I saw it on the flat top for 15 min. When you first place your order and pay that's when they tell you it'll take an hour. 2 hours later they're finally handing out orders. I looked in the truck and there was only 1 person cooking and the other 2 was laughing on their phones. At one point in time they ran out of food and stopped taking orders for about 30 min. It's a shame how horrible this food is. I really wanted it to be good and support this Black owned food truck. Please DO NOT waste your time or money.
Highly over rated, considering the hour long wait to receive your order. For starters, I ordered the top of the line hibachi dinner with double fried rice. And wow, was I surprised when I received the small container! For the waste of money spent, I could have truly enjoyed myself in fine dining, at "Shogun Hibachi" and received a full portion hibachi dinner, with soup, salad, drinking water, and in house dinning. This Hood Hibachi truck is a ripoff, and don't believe in including but (2) or (3) slice of vegetables in the order. So, dine at your own risk. But you've been informed.

the best habachi I’ve ever had , it’s so juicy & mouthwatering ! The steak is tender & melts in your mouth like butter ! The flavors & spices form together so well it’s like a party in your mouth ! Hoodbachi is my guilty pleasure ? I will definitely get it every chance I have ?
