The gumbo wasn’t 6 out of 10. The roux was a little bit loser than I like it, but the taste was good. The wait was too long for what the food was. I would give them another try, but I would order way ahead of time.
Great place in Detroit for Cajun Seafood. Fresh catch of crabs and prawns, few choices of sauce, option to choose spice level, all worked out good. We had sumptuous portion of crabs and prawns, very satisfying meal.
