Simple, no frills, fair pricing. Staff was moving quickly despite long line. However, the ice cream itself was not great. It's a weird, thick, custardy consistentcy. It doesn't really melt, and you can't lick it like normal soft serve. You basically have to bite it. Flavor was also mediocre. Fine for a quick, simple treat but not if you're craving a nice, classic soft serve.
Every time I deserve a good creamy ice cream with Oreo topping, I’m running to my favorite ice cream spot Downtown and the customer service yes I will waited in that long line every time .
Service was friendly and fast, and the prices were reasonable. But the vanilla soft serve tastes like it has a bunch of fillers in it. Super thick and goopy. Tastes like a store brand vanilla ice cream.
