I acknowledge good work and good customer service when I see it. Rayn was my server and she did a very great job taking care of me while I was eating. She checked on me occasionally and was very polite and very nice. I want to say thank you and I will be back because of her.

Rayn was so fun, menu was small and simplified and the aesthetic vibe was cozy. The kitchen however got our food wrong several times and it took us half an hour to be seated when the restaurant was nearly TOTALLY empty. This place needs new managers and more staff.

It is an Ihop in a hotel, so food is ok and price point was what you would expect. Coffee, eggs sausage and pancakes was $17 before tip . Ethan was a great server and was very responsive.
