Simply love the energy and family vibe of this place. Beautiful older style Detroit architecture with an open floor plan and POLES!

Apparently closed down? Came from out of state to visit. Tried to go out here for a “LGBT+) experience… it was not open for business
Worse experience
I went to this bar on may 30. I had a bad experience with one of the bartenders (black girl with silk press bob). I was slightly confused with the payment situation since they used cashapp to handle transactions (also i was intoxicated so it was a bit of maneuvering on my part) , and i asked the lady how to send the payment, and she was acting like it was an inconvenience to help me (mind you it wasn’t busy at all while we were ordering) Also i over payed for a long island that was basically the size of a shot glass (not the bar tenders fault, just something to point out) I was complaining about the prices to my friends (not to the bartender). After i got my drink and turned around to talk to my friends, the bartender claimed i had an attitude towards her but i didn’t hear her say that. (weird that she immediately started talking about me the moment i turned around) and my friend beside me confronted the bartender about her words. I told her that i didn’t have an attitude towards her and she may have just been offended by my rbf and she kept it short with me saying “oh but that’s just my opinion i do think you have an attitude”. We kept going back and forth for a brief moment but after that me and my friends decided to leave because the environment no longer felt welcoming to us. I feel that if you are working at an establishment where you are dealing with intoxicated people you shouldn’t be taking things personally and also being messy commenting on other people’s behavior and “attitude” behind their back.
It's lovely. Real underground/urban vibe to the venue, very LGBTQ+. (It's is a LGBT club anyways) It is friendly with everyone though. Great place with friends

The venue is an older venue on the Eastside of Detroit. Its really an "LGBT" Club, but everyone goes here for a great time, (yes, straight men), because it's always packed with women! The bartender makes great drink! The food is cool, if you're drinking and need to eat, and most of all, YOU WILL HAVE A BALL!

3/1/24 Definitely for the younger crowd. The drinks were overpriced. $13 to get in & $17 for a bud light + a shot of Hennessy.
Restaurantji Recommends
Bring cash only for transactions. Bartender swiped my card and said the transaction was declined. So I played in cash as well. $43.50 for 2 long islands? I doubt it.
