In town for the R&B concert, we stopped in for brunch and had the best experience! The food was absolutely amazing, but what really made it memorable was the hospitality. The owner came out to greet us and made us feel so welcomed.

A special shoutout to Kaila, our server. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely added so much to the experience. Even when a few menu items weren’t available, the way she communicated it was so thoughtful and positive that it didn’t take away from our visit at all.

Excellent food, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like family. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

My experience at Ivy was amazing! I visited on my first trip to Detroit with a group for an executive fellowship program. The opportunity to meet the owners, staff, and taste the incredible food was phenomenal. I highly recommend.

But she was attentive...i came in rushing, she kept saying take your time, she was calming, she was smiling 😃..
Btw..the wings were good (could've cooked a little longer by my taste...) but still good! I will go back!

George the Bartender was great and he makes the best Manhattan!

My family and I celebrated Juneteenth together and enjoyed a wonderful meal. The food, service and ambiance was great, we will definitely be back.

Great place to grab dinner close to downtown without having to go downtown. When I sat down, it felt familiar to me and as we continued to order food and have it brought out, it came to me. They are owned by the folks who have The Antidote Detroit further east on East Jeff. Same great service and atmosphere! Food was great - the drinks were stupendous - they really do a great twist on their drink menu - I highly recommend not ordering your go to - try theirs! Look forward to dining there again!

I really really like this spot. We’ve been here for dinner more than a few times. The meals and service make everything about this space a vibe. It’s relaxed, the music is pretty good, and again the food will give you the itis (the good kind/boondocks reference). Anyway I would fs recommend the space for at least dinner, but I’m sure I’ll love their brunch as well in the near future.

I celebrated my birthday brunch here on 6/6 @ 130p with a large group of 30 people, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience!

From the very beginning, Nya did an amazing job coordinating our reservation and ensuring our large party was accommodated. She was professional, helpful, and made the planning process so much easier.

When we arrived, everything was set up perfectly. The space was ideal for our group, the food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful.

A special shoutout to Destini B., our waitress, who was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, organized, and provided exceptional service throughout our entire brunch.

Honestly, the entire staff was amazing. Everyone was welcoming, accommodating, and worked together to make sure my celebration went smoothly. Planning a gathering for a large group can be stressful, but this team exceeded every expectation.

Thank you all for helping make my birthday so special. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

I touch of class on detroit east side. This was a diamond in the rough when not many 5 star restaurants were on Detroit East Side, you can find excellent service and cocktails at Ivy's Kitchen.. the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is beautiful. This is a beautiful black owned establishment. I am so proud of the hard work that went into bringing this gem to the city!❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
