I placed an order for delivery on the website before the restaurant was closed. Instead of calling me to let me know it could not be delivered, I just waited for my food and was unable to reach the shop. I called and called, and got through on the first call. Someone answered, and hung up. From that point, calling the shop said the telephone number was experiencing a service outage. I feel like this could have been resolved with a phone call, but it was not worth the managers time.

I ordered online about 2 weeks ago they had a third party deliver it and they ended up taking my order. For the past two weeks I’ve been trying to get my money back and the answer is different every time first they say there not responsible and I need to get in contact with Uber eats. I contact them and they say they’re responsible. I tried to see if they could just resend the order I didn’t receive they said they couldn’t because they would have to charge me again. I mean the audacity of them to damn near rob me blind and no one is held accountable for the mishap where is the customer service at. I’m out of 30 dollars I don’t recommend delivery at all they claim there fast but there extremely slow and the way they handle theft from the customer is atrocious I mean I literally got robbed.

Jimmy John's was my spot but ever since they got rid of Grey Poupon Dijon mustard, they just like every other sub place. At least when I was paying $100,000 for a sandwich before it felt fancy. Now y'all Great Value Walmart brand sandwiches. Fix it corporate. Fix it

Terribly understaffed, opening tasks that should’ve been done look like they were not completed, and a bit inconvenient. Great place for pickup tho, just don’t order in.

Placed an online order for pick up before the store opened because it’s a busy area and I wanted to be in cue. My time for pick up was set as 11-15, but I got the alert that my order was ready at 10:40. Okay… thanks! Hope my mayo-based potato salad is okay sitting on a shelf for 30 minutes. Also, asked for my sandwich to be cut in half and it wasn’t… no big deal but the list of services available is hella short so don’t offer the three options available if y’all don’t want to do them.

I got their Turkey Unwich that's made with big pieces of lettuce wrapped around sliced turkey.

Vegetarian options: I Love their Turkey Unwich! The lettuce was Deliciously, Fresh and so were the turkey slices and tomatoes!

I accidentally ordered from this location on the app. I will never ever order from this location ever again. Extremely rude, no customer relation skills. I ordered 2 meals and requested delivery to a business establishment. I requested to have it delivered to the front desk. I am a massage therapist. They called while I was in service 4 times. I do not keep my phone in the treatment room. It’s unprofessional and nasty. After my service I called about my order that was sent back to the store. The guy on the phone had the nerve to say “Who orders food and doesn’t answer the phone” Mind you I told him my profession, and I left a note on the app to deliver it to the front desk. I have never had issues with the Griswald location downtown Detroit. I missed two of my lunch breaks not being able to eat. By the time I finally received my food 2 hours later the bag was soggy and wet, and my bread was beyond soggy and wet. It was disgusting. Never again!

We got in the store an hour before closing but we were told that no dine in was allowed for no apparent reason. Man at the cashier and the man making the subs were both very impatient and not friendly at all. They clearly can’t wait to get us out of there and close the store.
