This place is such a gem (and actually kinda easy to forget about as it is off the beaten path). Yummy food with yummy options. I love introducing this place to new people as they are never disappointed.
Unusual name and location -- GREAT freaking ramen! You can tell it's legit... like being in Japan legit, with the layers in the broth working together to create depth, aroma, and complexity. I really like the add-on option on the menu too for when I'm in the mood for a little bit more in the bowl.
