Rushed in drive thru felt pressured to order . No ice in cup cup 2/3 full of something I didn’t even ask for. I was trying to order a sm coleslaw with my meal in the beginning, but because I was rushed through ordering every time I mentioned it I thought she clearly didn’t hear me until finally at the end I get asked with an attitude three times in a row if I wanted to add a side. The side of coleslaw was almost all juice literally had to drain it before I could open it.

Been here before. They appear to be understaffed. The chicken I got was over cooked. In the drive thru you had to pay with cash (card payments were accepted inside.) And this caused problems because when some customers found out they tried to back out through the drive thru lane. And that's not possible. This location just needs a few improvements to get better. It is located in a busy area. Which is undergoing some major construction, so it is going to get much busier.

We ordered 3 piece meal always orders taste different everyone but this last time we're recorded and salty chicken this always at west grand Blvd near the lodge freeway they really need to pick it up a bit
