I just got food from there first they wasn’t even selling everything just lazy. Then the fries tasted old and the fries were hard very hard and then no one answered the phone !!!???

The great customer service but people have to realize is they are right across the street from a major hospital in a busy neighborhood you will have a slight wait
Worst food ever,2nd time here,never fresh, biscuits hard,got a tender meal box,old meat,fries hard,I asked for mashed potatoes,my friend got chicken box,This is closest KFC,not coming here anymore,corporate need to be in there making sure food is fresh, Paying all this money!,I would suggest you make them make your food fresh! Horrible food,also I went to KFC on 6 mile and scheafer last week got the same meal,food was fresh and good! Grand River and Livernois 1 star!6 mile and scheafer 10 stars!

Unable to enter store. Had to wait an extended amount of time for 4 chicken nuggets. The pot pies that I bought were dry and seemed old. All around poor experience. But, hey at least the nuggets were fresh!

I ordered online. They didn't give me all my food, and the bag was tied shut so i couldn't see. I probably won't go there again. Sorry ?
first of all the lady was rude af! And they did the most over my side and still forgot to put it in the bag and I was on my way to work so they really inconvenienced me! And my whole day!

I got a 16 piece they sent me one breast 2 leg's and one wing and all thighs. if I was dying I wouldn't order from there to save my life again
