The place is wonderful—the area is open and comfortable, and the music is good. However, the service regarding order preparation was poor; the restaurant wasn't busy and there were hardly any customers, yet the staff showed no urgency in preparing orders, even though I had placed mine fifteen minutes before arriving. I waited over fifteen minutes after I got there, and my order still wasn't ready.
Staff unresponsive and not knowledgeable of deals. Manager is verbally aggressive and also un knowledgeable. I upgraded my combo. And staff gave me a medium cup. When Mgr. Notified she stated I only get an extra side. Um ma'am. Your sign say upgrade drink to large. Now what im not going to do is argue. Evidence is here. Maybe corporate need to re-educate or demote this Manager.
Food was really tasty and fresh. Well cooked too. And the order was done quick. Just paid and the food was already waiting. Like the server just wanted to get rid of me. My kind of service. Will definitely return.
