There is not a single thing I am able to say about my overall experience I did not enjoy.

The staff were so helpful, friendly, and wonderful to be with.

Dinner was fantastic. To start we ordered the pork belly and there isn’t anything I would change about the dish. Our mains were the Australian Wagyu New York Strip and the Lamb Chops. Both made perfectly to order. Sides included the Brussel sprouts, wonderful and crispy and possibly one of the best versions of Mac and cheese we have ever had. For dessert we ordered the apple cheesecake which was not heavy but light and highly enjoyable.

There are multiple special menu items not listed on the menu.

We ordered mock-tails as drinks. The Fauxjito was just okay. I wish it had a stronger berry flavor. It tasted just of mint and soda water. The other was the strawberry peach lemonade, which is super tasty! Highly recommend.

Other notes: Valet is $17, and there is a door man so it’s nice to bring cash for tips. It apparently is also an option to have valet added to your tab, which is a nice touch.

The reason we celebrate all special occasions at The London Chop House is because every aspect of the experience-from valet service to greeting us to cocktails to dinner and musical entertainment-is superb! Our request to be seated near the Paul Keller band was honored , and our server, Erica, was attentive but unobtrusive. She is so personable and genuine; we appreciated her recommendations, attentiveness and cheers. We return again and again as The London Chophouse staff are trained in the art of exceptional service and the fundamentals of fine dining. Bravo!

Service was great except a large gap between appetizers and main course, mostly because of a large (12?) group of younger guys who had ordered right before us and our server did not check in. Appetizer was calamari, interesting sauce, a bit chewy. Filet mignon and black cod fish with miso were exceptional. Carrot cake for dessert was outstanding. Wine list by the glass could use a minimal description and/or vintage. Relatively noisy due to said large group. Overall 4.5/5 stars.

Had the best experience last night the vibes were immaculate. No complaints about anything we had. The carrot cake was to die for, never had anything like it

The service was great! From the confirmation phone call, the doorman, to our server! Dinner was outstanding and flavorful and the birthday card for my boyfriend was a nice touch. We will surely be back.

Fantastic old school steak house. It's a historic venue with unique character and ambience. Great service and live jazz. I loved it!

We love this place! Last night we were fortunate enough to sit in the Henry Ford booth and have 'Pete the Greek' as our waiter. Food and service were impeccable. Great singer performing. The London Chop House is the Gold Standard in fine dining.

Jazz band a nice touch. Upscale decor. Slow (but friendly) service. Lamb chops fatty. Prices high — and not transparent. Menu I had said lamb chops were $54; I was charged $60 and complained. Waiter brought a menu showing chops cost $58 (??), and, to placate us, the Manager comped us for valet parking (which was $17!). Finally, one of us ordered two old fashioneds; menu said $15 a pop. We were charged $18 per drink. We questioned it and were informed there was a ‘special ice cube’ upcharge. (When ordering, my dining companion was asked if he wanted ‘regular ice’ or ‘ice cubes’. He told the waiter ice cubes. The waiter didn’t tell us of the upcharge in advance).

Overall, a good but not great experience. Don’t forget to bring extra cash!
