Great place for a sit down meal and some comfort food! Max & Erma's is by gates A17. Service was a little slow which is a bit concerning if you are trying to catch a flight. However, if you have a lot of time to kill then a perfect place to eat and to get a full meal. Our server was friendly and attentive. Inside is clean and comfortable. They also have a nice bar. Was having a grumpy day after a long day of travel. And unexcited about overpriced airport food. Waitress (Ashley I think) was super nice and sociable. She was very knowledgeable about beer questions someone asked. She put me in a good mood. Brought out beers fast which I needed. Food was good and good size portions.

Big portions, food came out fast, closed our tab fast so we could get to the gate. Very good service. Pricey but it's at the airport. A number of meatless options available. Convenient to the gates.
