Picture this Detroit 2024.......You pull into the drive. As you're pulling in the only other car is pulling off. Order was 2 has browns and 1 small coffee at 5:03am, pay for the order, pull forward, waited for 8mins. Employees walking around, can't find coffee that was right next to him, still waiting another 3mins get my hashbrowns and they are STONE COLD!!! What was the purpose of waiting that long? That was all I order and to serve those cold and then when I called no answer. You all should be ashamed IDC if I only spent $0.47 serve hot fresh food especially at 5am and no other cars. Just shut close down the whole team from management down just do not care.

I was bringing a friend through the drive through. I had an interesting experience. My friend made a mistake but she was adamant the last time she went to that McDonald's they told her that was how it was done. They asked if she was using the app. I didn't know they did that myself. She responded by saying "yes, I may" she ordered and we got to the guy who takes the money. She informed him that she used the app and the price should do. Note that she has not paid yet. He tells her that's not how this works. She argued, this is how they told me to do last time. He looked at me and said, you're friend doesn't understand what I'm saying. Could you explain this to your friend. She's a woman and I'm a man. He's a man. It just seemed to me that he was suggesting that because she is a woman and I'm a man that I can understand. The fact is she didn't misunderstand anything. She said this is how she was told it was supposed to be done. She had to finish her app choices before she paid. That makes sense to me. He was supposed to be taking her order but someone else was and he was incapable of making any changes and he didn't want to go to the other person to have it done. It just looks really bad when she was not misunderstanding anything and he was only saying that in an implication that she can't understand for some reason what the men can just to deal with that situation rather than just saying, I'm sorry I can't do that.

(I/29/24 Monday 6 something pm, we ordered just 6 plain hamburgers an this is what we got, look at the picture. One end piece of pickle an just a dot of mustard an ketchup an a few onions, ??‍♀️??‍♀️. Come on now, now you know it's should be 3 pickIes an you should see that it's mustard an ketchup what the HELL ARE THEY DOING UP IN THERE BESIDES NOTHING?!!!!!!! What the hell are we paying for? Look at this picture Owner an tell me that this sandwich was done right. How many times do I have to write a review of this place, how many times really come on it's ridiculous. You know what Owner fire the workers then since they can't get it right and don't care an get the Robots they'll probably do better. Or do you just want us to stop coming all together so you can close down. ??‍♀️??‍♀️.) mean sometimes its ok then other times its horrible. They have two drive thru intercoms an sometimes they will forget about one of them an you end up having to cuss them out because of it an they tend to get your order wrong often. Thats why I donot leave from the window until I have completely checked my order to make sure its right, I learned my lesson just driving off an trusting that they got it right.

DON'T GO TO NO MCDONALD'S NO MORE!!!!!The service is bad, they don't greet customers properly. "Welcome to McDonald's, how may I take your order?" Now it's, "what up, what you want?" The order always come out wrong or missing something. The only reason I go is for my kids, but no!!!!!! F--k a Happy Meal because it aint happy no more!
