Quick stop to pick up an online order of med roast caffeinated coffee with vanilla syrup and cream and sugar on side. Mcdonalds still has some of the best coffee, service was quick. Cashier was a little confused when I asked for cream and sugar on the side. She explained they had already added the vanilla syrup, however because of the coffee strength you almost always need extra cream and maybe 1 sugar. First thing in the morning me and my crew pull up to use the restroom and buy food, but the door is locked 9am in the morning. The bathroom is usually nasty with no soap or toilet paper.
