Alexis is the only reason I will go back to this McDonald's. Food was standard. The policy of no refills is disappointing. Getting asked by a homeless person inside the restaurant several times for money and then having to ask him to not stand over us while we are eating was unnerving, but Alexis was the one bright spot to everything. She was polite and helpful. A star in a otherwise not so great place.
My boyfriend ordered my food through the app and he went in when it was ready. He went in to find out that they had given my food to somebody else so I had to wait to get my sandwiches remade, but the sandwiches were good.
Great staff, almost always fresh food and they keep the restaurant pretty clean! 👌 Good job, 8 mile Mcd's! 😁👍
Kid-friendliness: One of the few Mcd's that have the fun play place for the kids to enjoy! My kids grew up here, loving this place/location and they still do, years later😊
