The employees were great but they have no way to refund outside of the store. I tried to get a refund for an incorrect item I got and they could only offer me to come back to grab the sandwich with no way to refund over the phone. This dosent make sense as this location is in the airport so the likely hood that people have to fly very soon is high.

Never had any issues here but I’m sure there’s mishaps like any other restaurants.Got my food and was in and out in less than 20 mins on a Saturday morning. It was quite busy but they were steady cranking the food out!Note that you can order online via the app or use the little kiosks on site.

There were no seats and the manager was on break with another staff member. They immediately got up and offered us their seats!!!I was absolutely in shock but both my kids were so appreciative and kept saying thank you!

At least 2 weeks every month my order is wrong or short. Got 2 hot mustard sauces after paying for 10 nuggets not in the bag....called the store...can't do anything over the phone while I'm on an airplane...can't file a complaint because the store number is no where on the mobile app receipt or the receipt on the bag. Come on.

Ordered online 2 cheese burgers and a medium fry. When I received my bag of food I checked in the bag like we always do and to my surprise everything looked good! That is until I got to my gate to eat and opened the burgers in the cheese burger wrappers. Only to find one was missing the burger patty entirely and the other was missing the cheese… so do I need to not only check the bag but open each burger to inspect that my order is correct down to the last pickle and onion sliver? This is ridiculous. You can do better.

It's McDonald's. Know what to expect. Now I frequently fly out of this terminal because Delta flies from here and it is my preferred Airline. Pretty much every time you come there is going to be a line. I'm usually here around breakfast time so I'm here to just grab a sandwich and catch my plane. Now recently they've upgraded to the self-service screens which makes the line go so much quicker but I do feel for the staff as I'm sure this has eliminated a few jobs. Only thing with the self-service is it does not print a receipt at all so make sure you look at the screen at the end for your order number or you will be standing around waiting for a while. The food here is pretty much always accurate. Now it's self-service again to get your drinks except for bottled water. The prices are higher than your traditional McDonald's because this is in an airport but nothing crazy. I usually can get a sandwich and a bottle of water for 7 Bucks so that's not horrible. This location usually always has somebody sweeping or cleaning so the cleanliness is pretty decent. I would definitely recommend in lieu of paying the prices for the restaurants or if you're in a hurry
