The Big Arch is a winner! Huge burger, fresh toppings, and really delicious. Unfortunate that the service doesn't match the food. I’ve had missing items in my order multiple times now at this drive-thru, and I haven't been able to get a shake once because the machine is 'always down.' Great for a burger, but check your bag before you pull away!
I just be wanting a large fry and a Mcflurry with Oreos at the bottom and at the top and each time I never get what I ask for. Ion be tryna go back up there for this simple stuff but I paid for it 🤦🏽♂️Ion even like complaining but I be on my lunch break and it's a short break just to get what I didn't ask for.
I gave this four stars. The food has always been excellent and the people that worked there wonderful. I gave it four stars because it says they opened at 5 AM. I go there at 6:15 in the morning and pull up to the drive-through and they said we’re closed and this has happened numerous times on the weekend.
