I love the new management team! They make sure the food is fresh and hot everytime. They even give out free food when I order from inside the restaurant. The customer service is exceptional! I just wish they mopped the inside better or did something to make the inside more presentable.

Locked door sent me to drive thru, only to find out the lobby was actually open.

The attitudinal manager had me waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes until the drive thru line went down just to take my order. I was under the impression that only the manager could that orders at the time but no they all could. Then when I’m inquiring about the Grimace drink taste , all the staff are ignoring me. It literally was not busy. Just start over with a more competent staff altogether.
Worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to ..2 lames open but only taken orders on 1 lane , received both my fries upside down , asked for extra pickles and never got them ..on top of all that i ordered online so when I got here still have to sit almost 30 mins ..

I cannot Believe that I was about to puke inside of that restaurant the 2nd I entered. It is so disgusting and when I left. I saw a worker coming out an old lady with a blonde Orange yellow hair wearing a mustard T-shirt and when I looked at her I asked her. If she worked there and I told her about the smell of so bad she looked at me like she didn't give a d*** about what I said and she said. And I quote okay I really hope that someone will fix this mess because it's becoming ridiculous And they have to take care of this place or discompany. That is called McDonald's because it's going down the hill if they don't take care of especially when we know that we are only eating 10%. Meats and we are eating grounded full chicken as chicken nuggets even with their peaks and bones
