If I could leave a negative star I would. This was my first visit to this establishment within the airport. Service at 4:45am on a Monday morning (the day after Easter) and the staff was extremely rude and made everyone feel as if we were an inconvenience. At the kiosk I ordered 1 sandwich and a medium decaf coffee with 2 cream & 2 sugar. I was handed my bag and a small cup. My bag had 2 ticket #'s on it. I kindly pointed this out to the clerk and my bag was snatched. It was taken to the back to verify the contents. She returned my bag and said it was mine. I went to hand her the small cup of coffee and said, "I don't believe this drink is mine, it's a small. I ordered a medium decaf." The cup in my hand was clearly a small. She said.. that's yours and it's a medium. As I looked over to several other orders waiting to be picked up, cups of small, medium and large were visibly sitting there. I again kindly said to her, "this is a small cup and I ordered a decaf." She snatched the cup and walked away. Minutes later she came with a medium cup and walked away. Again.... this was my first time to this location. I don't know their processes or where anything is located. I opened my coffee and it was black. I walked up to another clerk and asked if my drink was correct because it's black and I ordered decaf with cream. He said "we don't cater to anyone like that any more, if you want cream get it yourself." Uuummmmm WOW! There was no cream or sugar by the soda machine so I asked where I could find some and he responded, "in the front, since covid, you people don't want us touching your stuff so we quit making it the way you request." If that's the case, then remove the customized option when ordering. All I can say here is ... a little kindness in your tone can go a long way. We choose our jobs or careers to take care of ourselves and our families. If you don't like what you do then go someplace else. There is no reason to be rude and condescending to others. I walked away praying for each of those workers to have a better day and any other person walking in there has a better experience than I did.

Even if you request fresh nuggets or fresh fries you get "they're all fresh" which clearing they are not. Prices are high too, even for being in an airport.

Food was good and freshly made, but the layout of the facility was confusing and awkward. The lines for ordering and picking up food were too close together and seem like they were crammed between counter and condiment area. Employees seemed to struggle with keeping up with volume of customers.
