We went through airport security and found out gate, decided to order an online order while we were waiting. As 1 member walked over they were more than happy to cancel our order and burn our deal. They should make it in the app that they are not a participating location. Guess no food for us! Also the restaurant was totally trashed and messy.
Started a mobile order with a 2 dollar any fry deal and they canceled my order and burnt my deal for the fry and that was all I ordered and I got no food, and saw a simple sign at the beginning of the line. No warning in the mobile app.
Hours indicate they’re open, staff say employees didn’t show up so they can’t make food.
