I was at the mcdonalds in DTW near Spirit. It was crazy busy. Probably 50 people wanting their orders all at the same time. The 2 women who were clearly running the show, were working incredibly hard. They were professional and polite in spite of people being rude and angry and complaining. I was very impressed with the integrity and professionalism with which they handled themselves. I hope you realize what great employees you have and treat them accordingly. Great to watch!
The Big Arch lives up to its name. Now I can see why the CEO couldn't get his little rat mouth around it. Too bad it wasn't that great. Salt is doing the heavy lifting around the outside, and that's about all you taste. Once you get to the middle, the textures come alive and you get into the sauce and pickles, but there's still very little beef flavor.

Only giving this a five star because of the manager up at the front. Not sure what his name is, but he’s an African American man, was wearing a teal shirt, and made the process run so smoothly. They must’ve had over 100 customers in less than 20 minutes, and he made the entire place run like clockwork. Exceedingly curious and patient with everyone. Please give him a raise, he’s the only reason this location still exists.
