A lot of people working at this location but not a lot of work being done. Waited way too long for 10 cups of hot chocolate, observed a lot of unproductive, unprofessional behavior.

It's incredibly slow. Going inside doesn't speed it up. The servers are about as happy as you'd expect minimum wage workers to be. And it CLAIMS to be 24 hours, but...they've definitely refused service to me at 3am.

Years ago when I lived nearby this McDonald's was the worst McDonald's I'd ever been to. It's been about 8 years since I've been here and I happened to be in the area so I reluctantly went in to get something to eat while I waited for a friend of mine to show up nearby. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is super nice food was hot and they even had a lobby attendant who came and cleaned up my mess for me and asked me how I was doing once or twice throughout...
