I used to come here in the 90s and early 2000s I never thought I would be here for a drum and bass show but I had a blast. Also, if the parking guy didnt actually need me to move i dont see the point of him talking to me so the Hospitality could have been a little better....
I love this local welcoming bar. This is a bar for all although mostly men are here. The music is great, the drinks are reasonable and the atmosphere is cool for a night out. I always enjoy being here.
Menjo’s is a staple to one visiting Detroit. This is where Christopher Flynn used to meet Madonna in the 1970’s and dance with her. It’s where she cut her teeth as a nightlife person and this place still carries this pure energy. Today there is such a smart blend of DJs that spin here that is purely cross-generational from every decade of House and makes underground known. They make Menjo’s phenomenal. DJ Wax Assassin and Dj Andrew Wiesman were incredible to listen to...
