The pizza is AMAZING! I think I can easily say this is the best Detroit style pizza I have ever had. I first discovered them at pop up they had near Campus Martius, but finally got to go to their new home on Holden. The interior is pretty small, so not best for big groups but a date night or for a party of two is just fine. I wish it was closer to me so I could get take out. Lunch at Michigan & Trumbull was fantastic! The Dill Pickle Pizza special was delicious. Hunter provided excellent service, and Shane cooked our pizza perfectly. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant had a great vibe. Definitely the best pizza in Detroit! We'll be back!

We visited Michigan and Trumbull on a Saturday afternoon, and they were sold out and said no Pizzas. We came back again on Sunday to get the flavor of Detroit style pizza.
