Placed my order at 1 pm. I was told it would be ready by 1:32. When I arrived, they hadn't started my order. A gentleman asked if I had already ordered when I said yes, about an hour ago. The counter guy got mad and asked what I was waiting for. I again told him my order.He went behind to the kitchen area and said, "She for real said an hour" to the cook. Darn, right, I did! I was 13 minutes off from an hour! People that ordered while in line were already getting their food!...read full review
