Mojo's Yusef's Place is a restaurant that serves soul food. The broccoli and cheddar bites are a favorite and cannot be found anywhere else. Many people have been coming here for years and have never had a wrong order or any complaints. The vibe is great, and there is hope that they can expand in the future to be a nice sit down restaurant. The food is greatly cooked with good portions and not a long waiting time. Meals that have been enjoyed include the smothered turkey chops, black eyed peas and rice, steak provolone, chicken alfredo, chicken quesadilla, pork chop dinner with mac and cheese and green beans, spaghetti, sweet potato pie, cheesy broccoli, mashed potatoes and gravy, cornbread, 7up cake, baked turkey chops, fried chops, greens, small loaded salad, and chicken steak rice with tomatoes, garlic sauce and provolone cheese. The pork chops are freshly fried and well seasoned, the sweet potato pie is a standout, and the spaghetti is flavorful with a hint of spice and small pieces of sausage. The service is great and the customer service is appreciated.
