I love Momento so it kinda pains me to write this but I paid $8.25 for this piece of tiramisu. It was good, but I was really disappointed at how small it was for the price point. It felt like they scraped the end of it and gave me a tiny bit (even though it was 3 hours before closing). Really disappointed and as someone who works in the service industry, I rarely complain, but it really felt like being ripped off :/

Nothing special in terms of gelato… artificial tasting but maybe that’s because I just came back from Italy and know what tastes authentic. I wish nothing but the best for the girl serving gelato, you are doing gods work handing out free samples. The sugar cone was fresh.

Very disappointing experience. The ice cream may be good, but the customer service was awful. The woman helping us had a terrible attitude from the moment we walked in. It felt like she was doing us a favor instead of serving paying customers.
She seemed annoyed by our questions and didn’t even know what products or flavors were available. The only reason we stayed and bought ice cream was because my husband really wanted one; otherwise, we would have left.
Good customer service can make a huge difference, and unfortunately, this experience completely overshadowed the visit. I hope management addresses this issue because customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.

A good friend of mine recommended this place. He was on target. Fellas & lady's, if you want cool points with your special someone. Take them here, then walk over to the newly renovated Train station. It's a nice quiet shop with great options of Gelato. I took my family in for just Gelato & they were very satisfied. They have inside space to sit & chill. I also saw an outside area as well. We will be definitely going back.

Too overrated. High prices for low quality sweets. The Canoli’s cream tasted like pure powdered sugar instead of a cream made of ricotta cheese and sugar. Their “gelato” is questionable. Mine tasted like Nestle ice cream.

Delicious late night find! So happy I stumbled upon this place. Seating is a little weird as people are coming in and out, you need to move your feet, but great to take on the go. Also, great to get a bigger size and share!
My fiancé and I stopped here early afternoon on a Saturday. Neither of us have had gelato since moving to Michigan. I had the Amarena Cherry Custard Gelato, and he had the Salted Caramel. Both were phenomenal, but the cherry should be award-winning! We can’t wait to come back and try more flavors.
