I always look at reviews before giving my money to any business, and the way the “ Owner” is responding back to most reviews are very unprofessional lol definitely doesn’t help bring in customers. Won’t be ordering from here.

Thru Doordash In the Menu I ordered some chicken under the description of WHOLE CHICKEN-8 PIECE and when I receive my order I got an order of 8 piece dry looking wings. I called the manager or a worker from the store and they agree with me that it should have said EIGHT WHOLE WINGS -8 PIECE but got stuck with the order either way, be very very specific when ordering here.UPDATE: THE RESTAURANT IS NO LONGER OPEN

Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating. Fries were very good. Ample condiments. Prices were very good. Service was quick.Cons: Some of the cod was a little mushy, not firm. They forgot my coleslaw and napkins. The shrimp was a bit over cooked, but still good. One of the Crispy Chicken Breasts (2 for $5) was crispy on the outside, moist on the inside and flavorful, but the other piece was hard on the outside and very dry on the inside. The place needs a thorough cleaning, especially the plastic dividers. And it wouldn't hurt to clean up the trash on the side of the building.

I used to love this chain a few years ago But now it just seems like they are all on the verge of closing. THEY DO NOT SELL CATFISH!! Don’t believe what they say, all they serve is swai. It’s been like this now for about 4 years and counting. Customer service is snotty at all locations (never been to the one on telegraph) and the food seems to be undercooked every time we get it now. I just can’t frequent this company any longer. I hope they turn it around soon or just give it up

Called to place a Togo and they pretended I was too far even though I'm at fort and Schaefer less than 6 mins away. I called at 920pm and they close at 10pm.

Surprisingly better than expected. The young man waiting on me was friendly and accomodating. I had the combo whitefish/ catfish dinner. I had to wait 7 minutes. The fish and fries were cooked to a golden brown color. The portions were generous. I had enough for 2 people. However, the food did need extra salt and extra lemon pepper. Now, when I combined the tartar sauce with the restaurant's hot sauce, voila! The sauce really boosted the flavor of the fish. The tiny portion of coleslaw was a joke! Please give customers a larger portion. Overall though, not bad.
