We were seated by an usher for 20-30 minutes and then dye to a complaining woman, rude. We were asked to move. Thus was after 2 other ushers confirmed we were in the right seats. This was handled poorly by someone I believe was the manager. Just as I was about to send this a lady came to offer us a free drink and was very apologetic. She saved me returning.

I was there for the 1st time on Sun, Nov 3rd, 2024. The experience was terrible. We literally witness the bartender open a top of the bottle of liquor with her teeth, and then there was an 18% gratuity whether your service was good or not.
Now let's get to the show room, the fries were extremely cold, my friend order pop, and the staff brought her a half of cup, we had to asked for a full cup, not to mention he had an 8 oz cup on his tray when he brought our food, and we told him the pop was ours but he took it away, then brought the half of cup. There were only two staff members to 64 ppl in our area. Oh and the table next to us needed napkins, and the staff took napkins from our table and passed them to the table next to us, oh and on there side the gratuity 20%. It was 3 of and we spent well over $250, and was made to tip $39 for bad service.

The show was great nephew Tommie was hilarious but the food please hire a new cooking crew terrible chicken egg rolls terrible $20 for 2 egg rolls that taste like precooked chicken with hard bell peppers. Raw egg rolls very disappointing

One Mike stay lit if U haven't my people Y'all missing out Mike doing his Thang especially since he build it from the Ground up it's a blessing to have our own place of comedy & it's a affordable especially if Your one of the ones balling on a budget so come check it U be disappointed
Took my daughter here for her birthday and end up getting kicked out because my daughter just turned 23 had a child couple months ago haven't went out in a minute and we had her one drink so you know how that feeling when you don't have a drink in so long it hit u harder when u do finally have one so the security guard decided to call me names and I feel like that was really respectful for a guy to call the woman out of her name kick us out and for me not to check on my daughter while she was sick from liquor he putting in the middle finger up at me that's crazy check y'all security guys cause it's not that serious

Me and my ppl had a wonderful time at the LakeSide concert last night. The staff was 100% great customer service. We enjoy Angie Star and Shonnie D also. Just truly enjoy an old school party and laughter. Love was filled in the room. Great Job!
