We retired and moved to FL 8 years ago. However, we are going back to visit in August for our anniversary (42nd) and this place is first on our stop list. I am so excited. My husband grew up a few blocks over from this place and used to stop in as a kid. I know this place has new owners and I hope the cupcakes are just as good as I remember them. I'll be giving my review AFTER that visit. The sweet potato pies were amazing. Look out Peoples..........here we come.

Go early in the day or your favorite treats may be sold out YES THEY MAKE Traditional Birthday Cakes No they are not open on Sunday or Monday Yes they do accept EBT credit/debit but you must purchase A Minimum of $5 and Be Patient with the staff.

The smell of fresh bakery goods just make you feel like your at home. I wanted to buy some of everything, but 2 cakes I settled for till next time.
The place is under new Management and the sweet potato pie taste like Cinnamon and sugar. NASTY

The new owner did not present herself well on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving the price went up and the filling of the sweet potato pie and the apple pie was not right. MY Apple pie was burnt. I waited 2 .5 hours for this garbage. No stars for the new owner.

Best Sweet Potatoe Pies EVER! Grew up in this neighborhood. I always came back for Holidays-especially Thanksgiving. Due to COVID I haven’t been out much but I’m just now hearing they are permanently closed. The number is disconnected as well. If true, this is definitely devastating to say this least!
