This was the best cooking class my friends and I have ever taken. Erica made making pierogi seem easy and like something we could actually do at home. The class was well structured and easy to follow along with. We were given time to practice and learn while Erica was there to also ensure that everyone went home happy and with at least 2 dozen delicious pierogi! We are excited to hopefully take more classes here soon!
Dough structure for pazcki was ON POINT! Delicious enriched dough. The strawberry jalapeño filling could have used more jalapeños, I didn’t taste it at all. Still delicious strawberry none the less.
Pierogi is always on point, delicious dough stuffed with delicious fillings. There are no better pierogi in the metro Detroit area, period!
